Belida Associates is a licensed General Contractor in the 5 boroughs of the city of New York and in Nassau County.
We have done interior renovations in many luxury apartments in Manhattan , from 1 bedroom units to 4 bedroom units along with penthouse renovations. In addition, we have renovated single and multiple family homes in the surrounding boroughs.
Belida Associates can work independently or closely with architects, sub-contractors and vendors when required. The entire project is under the direct oversight from co-owners, William Cooper and Hector Fuentes.
